  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or shipment.
